27 registered nurses shortlisted for overseas employment by APSSDC, OMCAP

The Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) and the Overseas Manpower Company Andhra Pradesh (OMCAP), in collaboration with 2COMS, conducted recruitment interviews for registered nurses seeking employment opportunities with Doha Care Services W.L.L in Qatar, at OMCAP office in Vijayawada on Monday.

A statement by the Skill Development Corporation Executive Director D. Manohar said that a total of 61 candidates attended the interviews, out of which 27 candidates were shortlisted for overseas employment. The selected candidates will be offered positions in Doha, Qatar, with a two-year contract and a monthly salary of QAR 5,250 (₹ 1. 2 lakh).

Mr. Manohar, who is also the General Manager of OMCAP, congratulated the shortlisted candidates and said the initiative would create global career opportunities for nursing professionals from Andhra Pradesh and promote international employment and skill development.
