Three Indian nationals died, one was injured, and five rescued after a launch boat with 14 Indian crew capsized near Beira port in Mozambique, the Indian High Commission reported.

Three Indian nationals were killed, one injured, and five others rescued after a boat capsized off the coast of Beira in Mozambique, the Indian High Commission said on Saturday.
The incident occurred when a launch boat carrying 14 Indian crew members from a tanker overturned during a crew transfer operation near Beira port, the mission said in a statement.
“We convey our heartfelt condolences on the loss of lives, including of three Indian nationals, in a boat accident off Beira port. Mission is in contact with families of those who have lost their lives in this unfortunate accident and is extending all possible assistance to them," the Indian High Commission posted on X.
