30-year-old man bludgeoned to death in Kalaburagi

KALABURAGI:

A 30-year-old man was bludgeoned to death near a church in Vijayanagar locality of Kalaburagi city on Sunday night.

The deceased has been identified as Ritesh Dhulappa, 30, a resident of Vijayanagar.

The preliminary investigations suggest that old rivalry might have led to the murder, and police suspect the involvement of Ritesh’s friends in the crime.

A case has been registered at the Raghavendra Nagar Police Station, and further investigation is underway to trace the accused.
