331 assistant RTO inspectors promoted to rank of inspectors: Historic huge number of promotions for transport dept

MUMBAI: In one of the biggest promotions announced lately and historic for the transport department, as many as 331 officials of the rank of assistant inspectors have been promoted to the rank of inspectors of Motor Vehicle in various RTOs across the state.The promoted officials were given their new designations at a rank insignia ceremony during the weekend in which state transport minister Pratap Sarnaik, transport commissioner Vivek Bhimanwar and additional transport commissioner Bharat Kalaskar were present.
