Jalore district recorded the highest number of disqualified candidates (128) followed by Banswara (81) and Dungarpur (40).
The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has taken strong action against exam malpractices by disqualifying 524 suspicious candidates for using fake disability certificates, fake degrees and documents, forgery, impersonation, and other irregularities.
Out of these, 415 have been banned for life while 109 candidates have been slapped with bans ranging from one to five years.
Jalore district recorded the highest number of disqualified candidates (128) followed by Banswara (81) and Dungarpur (40).
The main reason include 157 cases of fake degrees and documents, of which 126 were related to fake B.Ed. degrees, 148 cases of using unfair means, 68 cases of impersonation, 38 cases of attempting to cheat using bluetooth, mobile or other electronic devices, and 62 cases involving misuse of question papers or OMR sheets, such as tampering, taking sheets outside the exam centre, or making unwanted markings.
Apart from these, 51 candidates were debarred for other reasons such as providing incorrect details in forms, creating disruptions during exams, or appearing on behalf for others.
While 514 candidates are from different districts of Rajasthan, 10 belong to other states including Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Bihar, Delhi, and Madhya Pradesh. The Commission has also taken strict measures against applicants using multiple SSO IDs to apply for the same exam in different sessions.
SSO ID Rajasthan is a single sign-on system implemented by the Government of Rajasthan. It allows citizens to access various government services using a single set of login credentials. This simplifies the process of accessing government services and reduces the need for multiple registrations.

To plug loopholes, e-KYC has been made mandatory from July 7, 2025, making it compulsory for applicants to update Aadhaar or Jan Aadhaar details in their One Time Registration profiles. Without e-KYC verification, no application will be accepted for future recruitments. Out of 6.97 crore candidates, over 48,000 have already completed the e-KYC process.
The Commission says that this has been done to safeguard the interests of genuine candidates.
The Commission is also looking into cases where candidates have allegedly obtained fake divorce certificates to exploit quotas. It has come to light that some divorce decrees were obtained through collusion and were then used to apply under the reserved quota. The Commission has roped in investigation agencies for further action.
