9-Year-Old Girl Raped By Father's Friends In Noida, 3 Arrested

A nine-year-old girl in Noida's Sector 21 was allegedly raped by three of her father's friends over the past month. The accused were arrested after doctors confirmed the assault.

In a disturbing incident, a nine-year-old girl was allegedly raped by three of her father’s friends over the past month in Noida’s Sector 21. Subsequently, the three accused were arrested.

The horrific incident came to light on Tuesday when the girl was taken to a private hospital by her father after she complained of persistent illness.

After she was examined medically, doctors confirmed that she was sexually assaulted and immediately alerted the authorities.

According to media reports, the rape survivor is a Class 1 student who stays with her father and two siblings—an elder brother and younger sister—in the servant quarters of a house where her father is currently employed.

The family has been living in Sector 21 for about 25 years now. Further, the child’s parents are currently separated.
