A. Biju Kumar assumes charge as Kufos V-C

A. Biju Kumar, senior professor and Head of the Department of Aquatic Biology and Fisheries at Kerala University (KU), assumed charge as the Vice-Chancellor (V-C) of Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (Kufos) the other day.

He had also served as Director of Research, KU, and as Principal Scientific Officer and Member Secretary in charge of the Kerala State Biodiversity Board.

He is also a member of the International Union for Conservation of Nature Species Survival Commission.
