Abhishek Bachchan recently won the Best Actor award at the Indian Film Festival Of Melbourne for his film 'I Want To Talk'. The movie directed by Shoojit Sircar was based on the life Arjun Sen and his fight with Cancer.
While Abhishek is love for his on-screen portrayals, the actor is also known for his wit, sarcasm and sense of humour off-screen. He wooed the audience as he displayed that yet again after he won the award. Bachchan was asked to choose, who would he would go out for shopping with and who he would go out for a meal with, between his father Amitabh Bachchan and mom Jaya Bachchan. He answered, "I am my parents’ only son. I am the younger sibling with my sister and myself.
I was traumatically dressed by my mother until the age of 12. I never go shopping with my mother. I prefer that she is Bengali. So, Bengalis make the best food, right? So, I prefer to be with my mother for food and with my dad for shopping."
Meanwhile, as he arrived at the red carpet, he created a funny moment with one of the journalists. While interacting with the media, he took the phone of one of the journalists and pretended to put it in his pocket.
He then laughed and returned the phone. His interaction with the journalist made everyone laugh. After 'I Want To Talk' and 'Kaalidhar Laapata' recently, Abhishek is currently working on 'King' alongside Shah Rukh Khan. Though, there's no official announcement made on this, Amitabh Bachchan had almost confirmed Abhishek's presence in the film through a tweet. The film is currently being shot. It also stars Rani Mukerji, Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat and Arshad Warsi.
