Affordable meals soon in Ranasthalam

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA N. Eswara Rao (Etcherla constituency), on Tuesday laid foundation stone for the construction of Anna canteen in Ranasthalam of Srikakulam district. He praised the NDA government’s initiative to provide affordable meals to people at nominal rates and said that the canteen would be constructed within three months.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Rao said: “The canteen will be a boon for employees, workers and vegetable sellers who often skip lunch due to the distant from their homes and high food prices in private hotels.” Additionally, students attending colleges in Ranasthalam will also benefit from the facility.

Local leaders felicitated Mr. Rao for ensuring the setting up of an Anna canteen in Ranasthalam, which is a major industrial and educational hub in the district.
