AHUDA chairman asks officials to take action against illegal layouts

Anantapur Hindupur Urban Development Authority (AHUDA) chairman T.C. Varun on Thursday (October 30) said every layout in the limits should be regularised. He directed officials to take stern action against illegal layouts. Mr. Varun was receiving petitions as part of the weekly grievance day, along with Joint Collector and AHUDA vice-chairman Shiv Narayan Sarma. Mr. Varun said they are holding the grievance day on Thursdays to redress the problems of the people residing within the AHUDA jurisdiction. Mr. Varun received six petitions. He asked officials to speed up the development works at NTR Township and MIG Layout. He told them to provide basic facilities to all those who have purchased a plot and to start the construction of Pink Toilets in Anantapur city.
