AIADMK’s district functionaries told to complete booth formation work by mid-June

AIADMK”s general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami on Thursday asked district functionaries to complete the process of booth formation by June 15. A senior leader of the party said each committee should have nine persons and Mr Palaniswami’s message was “quite stern” to those districts where the work had not been completed.

During the day, Mr. Palaniswami, along with senior office bearers at the headquarters of the party, reviewed the poll preparedness of around 40 districts in two batches.
