AJ Styles interrupted Dominik Mysterio during the Mega Championship bout in the AAA Triplemania on Sunday.
AAA Triplemania XXXIII, which took place at the Arena CDMX in Mexico City on Sunday, encompassed a multitude of crucial moments as some titles changed hands while others were retained.
The Mega Championship title, which was within the reach of Dominik Mysterio, was cruelly snatched away from the wrestler as AJ Styles intervened to mess up his rival’s chances at the title.

As a result of Styles’ attack, Hijo del Vikingo successfully retained his title with a victory over Dragon Lee, El Grande Americano, and Dominik Mysterio in the headline match of the day.
Interferences from Judgment Day, LWO, and masked American wrestlers attempted to sway the match in favour of Mysterio, Americano, and Dragon Lee. However, just when it seemed Dirty Dom would claim the top honour, AJ Styles intervened, disrupting his plans. Seizing the opportunity, Vikingo executed his signature 630 senton to secure the win and returned to the locker room with his prized possession still in hand.
Champion Flammer edged out Faby Apache and Natalya in the AAA Reina de Reinas championship bout. Flammer capitalised on a lapse from Faby, securing the win and defending her title with a crucifix pin. She was also aided by a quick count from referee El Hijo del Tirantes, as Apache and Natalya quarreled following the conclusion of the bout.
Psycho Clown and Pagano triumphed over Angel Garza and Humberto Carillo in the World Tag Team Championship match, contested in a street fight format. The reigning champions, Garza and Carillo, began the bout with momentum, but Pagano’s attack on Humberto turned the tide. Psycho Clown then hit Humberto with a Spanish fly on barbed wires to close out the match and claim the title.

El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. defeated El Mesias to win the Latin American Championship title, with his father in attendance to witness his son’s historic victory. Despite Dorian Roland’s distractions outside the ring, Hijo’s father intervened, allowing Hijo to pin Mesias and secure the crown.
Omos emerged as the last man standing in a 14-man event similar to the Royal Rumble. He overcame La Parka towards the end of the bout after eliminating Laredo Kid, Joaquin Wilde, Abismo Negro Jr., Taurus, Aerostar, Mecha Wolf, Cruz Del Toro, Otis, Pimpinela Escarlata, Cibernetico, Microman, and Octagon Jr. Parka, who started the match, endured until the final moments, but Omos, who entered the ring second to last, ultimately reigned supreme.
