Consistency is the key for Anupam; perhaps that is why his recent workout video, he wrote, ‘ Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.” In the video, the 70-year-old actor can be seen working out without his shirt. His sweat speaks for his efforts, as he executes several lat pulldowns with intense focus and resolve.
