The Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh (BSEAP) has declared the SSC Class 10 results 2026, recording an overall pass percentage of 85.25%. A total of 6,18,131 students appeared for the examination, out of which 5,26,954 candidates have passed.A look at past trends shows that SSC pass percentages in Andhra Pradesh remained above 90% till 2019. During the pandemic years of 2020 and 2021, the pass percentage reached 100% .However, in 2022, the pass percentage dropped sharply to 67.26% when regular exams resumed. Since then, the results have shown gradual recovery, with the 2026 figure of 85.25%.

The exams were conducted between March 16 and April 2. Students can now check their results on the official websites — bse.ap.gov.in and results.bse.ap.gov.in.Students can also check their AP SSC Class 10 results on the Times of India (TOI) result portal. This platform provides a smoother experience during peak traffic hours and allows quick access to scorecards.
BSE AP SSC result 2026: Girls continue to outperform boys
Girls have once again performed better than boys in the SSC results this year. The pass percentage among girls stands at 87.90%, while boys recorded 82.68%.This creates a gap of 5.22 percentage points, continuing a trend seen over the past several years.
Also, across most districts, girls have maintained higher pass percentages, contributing significantly to the overall state performance.
BSE AP SSC result 2026: District-wise data
Parvathipuram Manyam has emerged as the top-performing district with a pass percentage of 96.07%. It is closely followed by Dr BR Ambedkar Konaseema at 95.85%.At the other end, Alluri Sitharama Raju district has recorded the lowest pass percentage at 57.12%. Several districts such as Vizianagaram, Prakasam and Srikakulam have reported pass percentages above 90%.
BSE AP SSC result 2026: What next for students
Students who have passed will receive their SSC certificates through their respective schools. Headmasters have been instructed to verify and distribute the certificates directly.For those seeking re-evaluation, the recounting and reverification window will remain open from May 1 to May 7, 2026. The Advanced Supplementary Examinations are scheduled to be held from May 25 to June 4, offering students another opportunity to improve their scores.
