The Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority (APCRDA) has intensified its crackdown on unauthorised layouts and illegal constructions across the Amaravati Capital Region, clearing several encroachments over the past two days.

According to official information from the APCRDA Commissioner’s Office, enforcement teams demolished multiple unauthorised layouts and constructions spread across the NTR, Guntur, Palnadu, Krishna, Eluru, and Bapatla districts.

On November 10, 2025, APCRDA cleared 14 unauthorised layouts covering approximately 35 acres of land in various locations across the region. The following day, on November 11, officials continued operations, removing nine unauthorised layouts spread more than 34 acres and three illegal buildings in Gollapudi (Vijayawada Rural) and Pedapilipaka villages.

In Tenali Zone, enforcement teams demolished unauthorised layouts in Kolluru village, specifically at Survey Nos. 452(P) (2.95 acres) and 498(P), reaffirming that such violations will not be tolerated. Similarly, in Lam village of Tadikonda mandal, unauthorised developments in D.Nos. 305(P) and 306(P) were cleared.

The APCRDA reminded citizens that building permissions will not be granted for plots in unauthorised layouts, nor will connections for electricity, drinking water, or drainage be approved for such constructions.

The authority urged the public to buy plots only in layouts approved by the government, and to verify all property details through the official website before purchase.

To report unauthorised constructions or layouts, citizens can contact APCRDA through: Phone: 0866-2527154, WhatsApp (Messages only): 7095599838, and Website: https://crda.ap.gov.in/apcrdav2/Views/GrievanceRedressalSystem.aspx

The APCRDA reiterated that strict enforcement will continue to ensure planned, sustainable, and legally compliant urban development within the Amaravati Capital Region.
