Apple iPhone 17 series is almost here. The company’s ‘Awe Dropping’ event scheduled for tonight, September 9 at 10:30pm IST will see the launch of the much-awaited iPhone 17 series. Likely to offer four models – iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air (tentative name), iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max, the series is now rumoured to come with a bigger battery capacity than the iPhone 16 models. According to Chinese regulatory filings, iPhone 17 Pro will see the biggest gain in battery capacity which is rumoured to house 18.7% bigger battery as compared to the iPhone 16 Pro. To compare, the iPhone 16 Pro houses 3,582mAh battery capacity. With iPhone 17 Pro, it may increase to 4,252 mAh, a jump of an extra 670 mAh.
