Ashish Vidyarthi reveals how his film 'Baba' with Rajinikanth led him to bring home Mysuru’s traditional furniture: ‘My son was only three years old then’

He explained that they pick things for their home during their travels and mentioned that the room with a wooden inlay sofa took them considerable time to make look as aesthetically pleasing as it does today.

Assamese culture meets artistic flairRupali revealed how the Ghilli actor blended Assamese tradition with his unique taste in décor. “In Assam, there is a certain culture of hanging decorative plates on one’s walls. He also loves decorating the walls, but he prefers more of the handicraft items, and all these plates have been made from organic materials — he actually got them for me,” she said.

He revealed, “This table is very dear to me as it has quite an interesting story behind it. In 2002, I was shooting the movie Baba with Rajinikanth sir, and that was when I visited Mysuru for the first time.
