With his back turned, Palliyaguruge appeared dazed and immediately drew concern from the fielders. Pakistan’s players rushed towards him, and the team physio was called to provide treatment. After a brief delay, the reserve umpire stepped in as Palliyaguruge left the field for further checks.On Thursday, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) released a video showing the team’s manager visiting the umpire at the hospital to enquire about his condition.
