Renowned actress Ramya Krishnan is set to take on a captivating role in Ram Gopal Varma's latest venture, 'Police Station Mein Bhoot', a unique blend of horror and comedy. The director recently revealed her striking gothic appearance, raising intrigue about the enigmatic character she portrays.
'Baahubali' actress Ramya Krishnan has joined the cast of Ram Gopal Varma's upcoming Hindi horror comedy, 'Police Station Mein Bhoot'. The filmmaker shared posters introducing the veteran actress in an all-new gothic avatar.

The director shared multiple pictures of Ramya Krishnan seen sporting a dark and intense look. Sharing the first post, he wrote, "Here is Ramya Krishnan in POLICE STATION MEIN BHOOT."
In another post, she is also seen seated inside a police station, cigarette in hand. Sharing the picture, he wrote, "No, Ramya Krishnan is not playing a BHOOT in POLICE STATION MEIN BHOOT."

Sharing another picture of the star in the same outfit, but this time, sitting on a motorcycle, he teased, "Here's a question... What character could Ramya Krishnan be playing in POLICE STATION MEIN BHOOT???"

Interestingly, this project marks their first-ever project together.

Announced earlier this year, 'Police Station Mein Bhoot' marks RGV's big return to Hindi cinema. The film stars
Manoj Bajpayee
and
Genelia Deshmukh
in the lead roles, and the shoot began in September.Sharing a motion poster when filming commenced, Manoj wrote, "From Satya to now... some journeys are meant to come full circle. Thrilled to reunite with Ram Gopal Varma for our new horror comedy Police Station Mein Bhoot. This one is special."
About the film
RGV previously teased the film's concept in his social media posts, writing, "After a deadly encounter killing, a police station becomes haunted, making all the cops run in fear to escape the ghosts of the gangsters. With cutting-edge VFX and spine-chilling effects, Police Station Mein Bhoot will be a fun-filled horror film that terrifies you."Recently, Ramya Krishnan's 'Baahubali: The Epic' re-released in theatres on October 31. In the film, she plays the role of Sivagami.
