BETCA tech meet in Belagavi to focus on innovation in tier two cities

The Belagavi Technology Companies Association (BeTCA) will organise a tech meet here on August 30, on the theme “Tech for Human Impact”.

The focus will be on innovation in tier-two cities. Resource persons from various industries, colleges and trade bodies will participate. The event will be held in the Presidency Club at 4 p.m.

This is the fourth event being held in Belagavi, inspired by the theme of “Beyond Bengaluru”. Panel discussions will be held on several issues.

Features Kawal Arora (Founder, Desi LLM) and Akash Kulgod (Founder, Dognosis), will participate in the panel discussion- “Inventing the Future: How Founders Are Building Life-Changing DeepTech Products”.

Leena Padihari (Alfanzyme Life Science), Shekhar Gaonkar (PetCart), Pranav Sharma (Felicity Adobe), and Allahbaksh (Infosys Hubli) will participate in the discussion on ‘From Tier-2 to Global: Shared Learnings of Corporate Leaders and Entrepreneurs’. Aadil Bandukwala (VP, Hackerrank) will moderate. The event will also see special launches from BeTCA member companies, underlining how local firms are contributing to the larger innovation narrative.
