If you are going out, use an umbrella. These small things really help,” she shares.Being a nature lover, Shubhangi also stresses the importance of giving back to the environment.

And of course, a lot of sunscreen if you step out,” she adds.Speaking about traditional remedies, she says, “Sattu is the best cooler. I have sattu with cumin powder, ice, lemon, and black salt.
It really helps in beating the heat.”Recalling her roots, she mentions, “I am from MP where temperatures go above 40 degrees. People there even carry onions to avoid heatstroke. It’s a traditional belief, but hydration and light, skin-friendly clothes are very important.”Shubhangi also expresses concern about changing climate patterns. “Yes, summers are getting worse because the climate is changing drastically,” she says. She adds, “The way people throw garbage in rivers and cut trees is very wrong. What will we leave for the next generation?”Reacting to unusual weather patterns like unexpected snowfall, she says, “It is scary. We are creating problems for our future generations.”Ending with a strong message, she says, “Plant trees, save rivers, use less plastic.
