Bihar Assembly polls: INDIA bloc releases election manifesto

INDIA bloc released its election manifesto in the presence of all the leaders of the alliance in Patna on Tuesday (October 28, 2025).

The manifesto was released jointly by INDIA bloc chief ministerial face Tejashwi Yadav, Pawan Khera, Chairman of the Media and Publicity Department in the All India Congress Committee (AICC), VIP Chief and Deputy chief ministerial face Mukesh Sahani, CPI(ML)(L) General Secretary Dipankar Bhattacharya and other leaders of the alliance.

In its 32-page manifesto, INDIA bloc announces implementation of Old Pension Scheme (OPS).

Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi was not present during the event.
