NEW DELHI: A video has gone viral on social media showing kids removing nuts and bolts from a bridge in Patna, Bihar, raising serious safety hazard.The exact location of the bridge and timing of the video could not be independently verified by the TOI.

The video drew reactions from netizens questioning the authority over the quality of bolts used in building the state infrastructure."What kind of nuts can be opened using only hands?" one user wrote."Really? Anyone can open it ? Wow .. well thought and built then," said another.The construction design of bridges in Bihar came under scanner after 15 bridges collapsed across northern state in less than a month last year. The incidents exposed serious issues such as poor construction practices, substandard materials, design flaws, cost-cutting measures, inadequate oversight, and external pressures.
