Mari Selvaraj’s vision

Bison Kaalamaadan stars Dhruv Vikram, Anupama Parameswaran, Pasupathy Ramasaamy, Rajisha Vijayan, Ameer Sultan, and Anurag Arora. Our official ETimes review have pointed out that the film may not be among Mari Selvaraj’s finest works, it still reflects his signature blend of emotional grit and socio-political depth. An excerpt from our review reads, "The filmmaker’s interest in using animal metaphors continues with this film as well.

Of course, the title in itself is Bison. But beyond that, you see the ‘Bison’ truly come alive in the body language of Kittan (Dhruv Vikram) as he engages in a fight or plays a crucial kabaddi match."
