BJP leaders in Mysuru have sought to draw the attention of City Police to the alleged fraud and cheating by companies offering the public to purchase their gold pledged with financial institutions.
Addressing a press conference in Mysuru on Thursday, BJP’s Backward Classes Morcha leader Raghu Kautilya alleged that a racket was operating in the name of helping people, who were unable to redeem the pledged gold, by offering to release the gold and purchase it at current market price.
