‘Black-ish’ actress Tracee Ellis Ross’ home broken into: Thieves take items worth 100,000 USD, culprits not caught- Report

Tracee Ellis Ross’ house was recently broken into by burglars, who ended up getting their hands on handbags, jewellery, and other important items. Items worth 100,000 USD were stolen from the actress’s home in Los Angeles.

Burglers break into Tracee Ellis Ross’ home

As per official KNBC reports, the burglary was reported on September 2 at 12:30 am, after staff members had reached the house for work, and had instead found it broken into. The thieves had entered the house through a glass door when the actress was not at home. As of now, the culprits have not been caught; however, security footage has been obtained by the respective authorities, and an investigation is underway. It was also confirmed by the reports that different items worth 100,000 USD were stolen during the burglary. This is another set of celebrity burglaries that have been terrorizing the neighbourhood. Earlier this year, Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban’s home in LA was broken into on Valentine’s Day. At the time, it was reported by NBC News that the thieves had broken in using a glass door/window, similar to Ross’ case.Other than that, Brad Pitt’s home in Los Feliz was also ransacked when he was not home in June. Three people had broken into the ‘F1’ actor’s apartment at the time, using a window.

Earlier in August, the three perpetrators were caught by the police and taken into custody. Lionel Richie's home was also broken into last month, when the 76-year-old star was in his home; however, nothing major happened as the thief was unable to do anything due to the security system set in place.
