Bokaro District Administration Strengthens Fire Safety Measures Ahead of Diwali

Bokaro: As Diwali approaches, the district administration has intensified its vigilance to ensure public safety and fire regulation compliance. DC Ajay Nath Jha issued strict directives to sub-divisional officers of Chas and Bermo to conduct thorough inspections of all firecracker shops operating within the district.

“During inspections, any shop found selling firecrackers without a valid licence or functioning in densely populated residential areas will face immediate legal action as per govt norms. We have made it clear that no unauthorised sale or unsafe storage of fireworks will be tolerated,” said the DC.
