Rahul Gandhi Rahul Gandhi shows the purported voters’ list with the image of the same Brazilian model.

He said that this was not a booth-level act since the photo appeared on the voter lists at 10 different booths. “This means it’s a centralised operation. Someone fed the photo into the electoral list at a central level, not at the booth level.” “She is a Brazilian model and only one of 25 lakhs such records in Haryana,” Rahul Gandhi said.

‘Why was a Brazilian model’s photo used?’

Rahul Gandhi said the Brazilian woman’s photo was used for a logical reason. He alleged there were five categories of vote theft in Haryana, which involved the use of duplicate voters, invalid addresses, bulk voters, misuse of Form 6, and misuse of Form 7. This amounted to a total of 25,41,144 cases of voter frauds.

Rahul Gandhi vote chori claim Rahul Gandhi shows the break-up of the five categories of ‘vote fraud’.

He said access to Form 6 and Form 7 details were blocked by the Election Commission after the Congress’ claims on Mahadevpura and Aland ‘vote chori‘. “We cannot give you the exact numbers of voter deletion and addition… But we estimate the two would add up to another 7-10 lakhs.”

He said that Haryana had a voter population of 2 crore and there were vote fraud cases of 25 lakh. “Confirmed vote chori of  25 lakhs amounts to 12.5%. Despite that, the Congress loses by 22,000 votes,” he said.

“One fake photo is used in a single assembly segment to cast 100 votes… This is to create space for BJP people to come from other states and vote,” Rahul Gandhi alleged. This was also why the Election Commission refused to show the CCTV footage from polling booths, he said.
