Buddha’s path of peace is humanity’s ultimate destination, says Kharge

Even as powerful nations continue to amass weapons and speak the language of war, humanity will inevitably be drawn back to the path of peace shown by the Lord Buddha, said Mallikarjun Kharge, AICC president and Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha.

He was speaking after inaugurating the 2570th Buddha Purnima celebrations organised by the Siddhartha Vihar Trust at Buddha Vihar on the outskirts of Kalaburagi city on Friday (May 1).
