Canon India has unveiled its next-generation imageFORCE multi-function devices, featuring the C5100 colour series and 6100 mono series, designed to transform office productivity through artificial intelligence and enhanced security features.The new printer lineup integrates AI-assisted maintenance that uses machine learning to analyze device performance in real time, predict component lifespan, and enable proactive servicing to minimize downtime. This smart technology continuously monitors usage patterns to ensure seamless operations and faster service response.Security stands as a core feature of the imageFORCE series, per Canon–with built-in malware protection, activity logging, and compatibility–plus third-party SIEM solutions for real-time threat detection.
