He remained cautious throughout his stay. He also made it clear that he did not have to fight or defend himself physically during those months.After his release from Tijuana, Rodriguez is now focused on his fighting career again. He revealed that he recently received an offer from the UFC. The proposed opponent is former champion Leon Edwards. Rodriguez said he thought about the opportunity and decided to accept it. He is now preparing for a potential bout during International Fight Week.The fight, if confirmed, could be a major moment in Rodriguez’s career. It would mark his return after a long and difficult period away from the sport.
