Applicants must have passed the Class 10 examination or its equivalent under the 10+2 system with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognised board. Additionally, possession of an ITI certificate in the relevant trade is mandatory.

The recruitment will be carried out on the basis of a merit list prepared from candidates’ performance in matriculation and ITI.The list will consider the percentage of marks in Class 10 (with at least 50% aggregate) and ITI trade scores. The final merit will be drawn from the simple average of marks obtained in both examinations.
