Challa Group has announced a partnership with the World Smart Cities Forum (WSCF), South Korea, USA-UK and iHolding, UK, to establish a cancer centre in Andhra Pradesh.
According to a press release, a Letter of Intents (LOI) was signed among five partnering companies for the construction of the centre, at a programme held in Vijayawada on Monday. Earlier, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) had already been signed between Challa Group and WSCF regarding the same.
The proposed cancer centre is likely to come up in 25 acres, and the specific location would be finalised after consultation with the State government, said the release.
OMEXA Biologics (OMEXA) tied up with WSCF to establish a cancer drugs production facility on the hospital premises as part of the partnership.
Additionally, the Challa Group have also announced the establishment of a multi-faceted industrial park in Donakonda.
