The Chickballapur District police launched “Namma Cop 24x7”, a dedicated WhatsApp chatbot designed to bring police services closer to citizens in a simple, quick, and reliable manner.

The service would provide emergency help and quick guidance on reaching the police, ambulance, and fire services, legal information, cybercrime support, public services such as information on passport verification, lost and found items, NOCs, and more.
