BHUBANESWAR: In a remarkable blend of culinary artistry and patriotic tribute, Club Chocolate– The School of Baking and Fine Pastry Art, Bhubaneswar has unveiled chocolate sculpture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.Crafted over seven days by a dedicated team of 15 diploma students, the life-sized sculpture is a testament to both skill and devotion. The project was led by Rakesh Kumar Sahu and Ranjan Parida, who guided the students through the intricate process of chocolate sculpting.Weighing a total of 70 kilograms, the sculpture comprises 55 kg of dark chocolate and 15 kg of white chocolate, meticulously shaped to capture the likeness of the Prime Minister.
The initiative not only showcases the technical prowess of the students but also marks a milestone in India’s culinary arts scene.“This is more than just a sculpture—it’s a symbol of creativity, discipline, and national pride,” said Rakesh from Club Chocolate. “We are proud to be the first in India to honor our Prime Minister through the medium of chocolate.”The sculpture has already begun attracting attention from art and food enthusiasts alike, and Club Chocolate hopes it will inspire more young chefs to explore the artistic side of baking and pastry.This particular sculpture is showing the different achievements of govt like Jan Dhan Yojana, Swacch Bharat Abhiyan, Operation Sindoor, Digital India, ISRO's missions and Ujjwala Yojana.
