Collector urges youth, students to make best use of RTIH at Anantapur

The start-up innovation spoke of Ratan Tata Innovation Hub (RTIH) set up at the JNTU-Anantapur administration building was inaugurated virtually by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu from Mangalagiri on Wednesday.

District Collector Vinod Kumar V., Joint Collector Shiv Narayan Sarma, Raptadu MLA Paritala Sunitha, JNTU-A Registrar Krishnaiah and others took part in the event. Start-up’s that developed an app through which a person can verify all the documents and permissions of real estate developers, bio-fertiliser making start-up’s and other artificial intelligence (AI)-based innovations have put up their stalls at the hub.

Speaking after inaugurating the facility, Mr. Vinod Kumar said that the innovations and apps developed by the start-up’s were inspiring. “This is a step towards realising the dream of Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu to develop Andhra Pradesh as an innovation hub to give shape to the innovative ideas of the youth of the State,” the Collector said.

Mr. Vinod Kumar said that Central University and JNTU-A will be the knowledge partners and asked the youth and students from undivided Anantapur and Kurnool districts to utilise the opportunity. Representatives from Kia Private Limited, JSW Group, Ultratech and officials took part in the inaugural function.
