Country singer Alexis Wilkins sues former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin for '$5 Million defamation' - Report

Alexis Wilkins, the country singer and long-time girlfriend of Kash Patel, has sued former FBI agent-turned-podcaster for USD 5 million on the grounds of defamation, after he called her an Israeli spy who is in a relationship with the Director of the FBI for a ‘honeypot’ operation,’ manipulating and compromising Patel.

The 26-year-old filed a case in Tennessee, Texas, against the former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin, after he told his audience that she was a honeypot and an ex-member of Mossad, who was taking advantage of Patel. On August 22, Seraphin suggested that he was being deceived by a younger girl in his podcast. “He’s got a girlfriend that is half his age … and she’s also a former Mossad agent in what is like the equivalent of their NSA,” he said, but cleared it up, claiming that Patel’s relationship looks like love.

While Wilkins’ name was not mentioned, it was evident from his words, according to the New York Post.

Kash Patel and Alexix Wilkins started dating each other in 2023, and went public soon after. In the lawsuit, the singer mentioned that Seraphin knew exactly who she was, as they met at a conservative event a couple of years ago, even before Patel gained the prestigious position. The legal documents revealed that Wilkis has never been to Israel, in addition to ever worked for an intelligence agency. In addition to citing that the claims are vile and ridiculous, she accused him of adding racial hate during his speech.

In the same rant, Seraphin ridiculed Patel as a ‘cross-eyed … thickish built super cool bro who’s almost 50 years old … Indian in America,’ adding that Wilkins would not date him unless an ulterior motive.
