Cybersecurity awareness programme held

The Mysuru chapter of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), in association with GRS Fantasy Park, organised an awareness programme on “Digital Threat & Cyber Security” in the city recently.

Shanmugha Varma K., inspector, Police Training School, Mysuru, delivered the keynote address, shedding light on the growing challenges in cybersecurity and measures to safeguard against digital threats.

“The session highlighted the urgent need for awareness and vigilance in today’s digital era, reinforcing the importance of cyber safety, both at workplace and in everyday life,” said a release.

Ashwin Dange M., director, GRS Fantasy Park & GRS Engineering Pvt. Ltd., was the chief guest. Srinivasan C.V., chairman of NIPM, Mysuru, and Devaraju, secretary, NIPM, Mysuru, were present on the occasion.
