DDA Is Offering Flats In Delhi At Discounted Prices — Here's How To Apply Before June 30

If you have been putting off buying a home in Delhi because prices feel out of reach, the Delhi Development Authority has two active housing schemes worth a look. Both are open until June 30 and allot flats on a first-come, first-served basis — meaning the sooner you apply, the better your chances.

Scheme 1: DDA Nagrik Awaas Yojana 2026

This scheme, launched in January, offers flats in Narela and Siraspur at a flat 25% discount on the standard price, according to The Times of India. A total of 3,245 flats are available in Narela across all four income categories — High Income Group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), Low Income Group (LIG) and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS). An additional 411 LIG flats are on offer in Siraspur.

To register, head to DDA’s Awaas Portal and pay a one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs 2,500. After that, you will need to pay a booking amount based on your flat category:

Scheme 2: DDA Towering Heights Karkardooma 2026

This one is for buyers looking at East Delhi. Under this scheme, 741 two-BHK flats in Karkardooma are available for individual buyers, also on a first-come, first-served basis. The location has an added advantage: Karkardooma is part of Delhi’s first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) project, which means strong metro and road connectivity right at your doorstep.

The booking amount here is Rs 4 lakh. Buyers pay 75% of the total flat cost upfront and the remaining 25% at the time of possession, TOI reported.
