Shiv Sena MP Milind Deora had a gruelling experience on an Etihad A350 flight from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai, as even after a delay of over 2 hours, accompanied by a failed air conditioning system in the cabin, the passengers were asked to deboard.
In a post on X, the Shiv Sena MP shared his experience, stating that the communication of the airline was very poor, calling it an unacceptable experience!
“Currently on an @etihad A350 flight from Abu Dhabi to Mumbai. After a delay of over 2 hours, the cabin has no air conditioning and now all passengers are being asked to deboard. Very poor communication and an unacceptable experience!" he wrote on X.
While responding to the Shiv Sena in the comment section, the Etihad airline asked him to share the booking details to check the matter.
“Hello Milind, we are sorry to hear this. Please join us via direct message with your booking details to look into this further for you," the airline commented.
The comment section of the Shiv Sena was full of mixed reactions. Some people advised him to opt for Air India or IndiGo, while others said that the common man goes through this every day in India.
“Sir @milinddeora, Many internationally celebrated brands, I’ve found, are more the handiwork of brilliant PR teams than a reflection of real product quality or service. Wishing you a comfortable and safe flight!" one of the users said.
“A common man goes through this every day in India," the second person said. “Why didn’t you choose an Indigo flight or Air India?" added the third one.
