Dubai skyline to to gain another set of twin towers featuring 754 luxury residential units

Dubai’s skyline is getting a striking new addition with the launch of the Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, a twin-tower luxury residential project by Meraas, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate.

Slated for completion by 2030, the development brings 754 high-end branded apartments to the city’s Trade Centre Second district, building on the legacy of the iconic Emirates Towers.

Luxury Redefined at a Landmark Location

Set just steps away from the original Emirates Towers, Museum of the Future, and the DIFC Headquarters, the new Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers project reinforces Dubai’s standing as a hub for ultra-luxury urban living. Developed by Meraas Holding through its subsidiary DHRE 2 BTS, and branded under the Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts umbrella, the development will comprise two towers, named Tower A and Tower B, offering a mix of one- to four-bedroom serviced apartments.

Prices start at AED 3.5 million, with a 60/40 payment plan available to buyers. The towers were designed by SCDA Architects, an internationally acclaimed studio with projects in over 80 cities. The buildings will feature a distinctive cantilevered architectural form, supported by near-invisible stilts, similar to the design at One Za’abeel. Residences will be oriented to offer unobstructed views of Downtown Dubai and the Arabian Gulf. Each apartment is crafted with premium finishes, including marble, wood accents, fluted glass, and open-plan layouts.
