 Kripke probably got flack from…

Elon Musk has now offered two reviews of The Boys series finale—one word, then a theory about the showrunner's personal life. He has also confirmed he watched none of it. It started when X user posted a screenshot from the finale and accused the writers of turning Homelander into "a Trump analogue" and injecting "twisted fetishes into every script.

" Musk replied with one word: "Pathetic." Kripke spotted it, screenshotted it, posted it to Instagram, and wrote: "OMG I'll never have a better review ever."But Musk wasn't done. He came back with what he called the "second best review"—his own theory: "Kripke probably got flack from his wife's bf for Homelander being used in based memes and had to write that ending as a groveling apology." He followed that with: "Kripke is simply projecting his own cowardice.

It is what he would do." Then, buried a few posts later, the kicker: "I didn't watch the show tbh."

The Boys cast had only one reaction to Elon Musk’s review

Kripke's Instagram post set off a chain reaction in the comments. Antony Starr sent laughing emojis. Jack Quaid typed "Hahahahahahha." Simon Pegg went full "Bwahahahahahahhahah!!!" Colby Minifie echoed the same. Crew member Stephan Fleet declared: "We win!" One fan commented: "Congrats on the run, Kripke! And for getting under Musk's greasy skin."

What Elon Musk missed by not watching The Boys

The finale, titled 'Blood and Bone,' also features a character named Gunter Van Ellis—described as the "world's richest man," father of 17, amateur astronaut, and wearer of a dark MAGA cap. During the episode, Homelander is told he needs Gunter on his side because billionaires are the "ruling class of America." He appears to agree, takes Gunter for a walk in the garden, and returns alone. "He's an astronaut. I took him to space," he tells a stunned room. When Deadline asked Kripke whether Gunter was Musk, he called it "just one last little satirical target before ending the show."
