Eric Ebron urges Colts front office changes to fix quarterback mess

Eric Ebron, former tight end for the Indianapolis Colts, did not hold back in an interview with TMZ Sports on September 6, 2025. He said the team cannot return to winning unless it makes big moves in the front office.

He sounded hopeful about their 2025–26 seasons but not about the Colts. His blunt tone made clear that he sees leadership as the team’s biggest problem.
