Actor Avinesh Rekhi is all set to entertain fans with his upcoming show Chalo Bulawa Aaya Hai. He gave an exclusive interview to Times of India TV where he spoke about his character on the show, what made him say ‘yes’ to the show, and more.

The upcoming show is set to premiere on September 22 and has already generated a buzz among the audience.Avinesh revealed what the show is about and what intrigued him to do it. The narrative follows Maniki, whose unshakeable belief in Maa Vaishno Devi inspires and uplifts everyone around her. Avinesh revealed how he’s playing the role of a soldier and has always been fascinated by doing a show where he gets to wear the uniform and play the role of a soldier.He shared, “The first thing that drew me to the character was the fact that it is the role of a soldier, and I’ve never worn a uniform before. I’ve never done a role where I’m wearing a uniform, so that was the first thing that excited me about the character. The show is based on blind faith and is about a young girl who has unwavering faith in Maa Vaishno Devi. It’s a very nice story and highlights the relationship between a father and a daughter, and that’s what intrigued me to take up the show.

He also spoke about his acting journey so far and said, “My journey in the industry so far has been very good. I’ve played many versatile characters and worked on shows with different storylines and content. Every project has been a unique learning experience because of the diverse stories, directors, and their distinct visions. Through my work, I’ve also learned about new cultures, languages, and more. It’s been a great journey, and I feel fortunate to be a part of this show.

On the work front, the actor has been a part of shows like Choti Sarrdaarni and Madhubala – Ek Ishq Ek Junoon. He is set to showcase yet another versatile role with Chalo Bulawa Aaya Hai.
