Udne Ki Aasha has been leaving the audience awestruck with the visual spectacle and the unique storyline that they showcased in the Amritsar sequence of the show. Neha Harsora, who is seen as the lead, Sailee, shared that they had a great time shooting for the track despite the harsh weather conditions.
But food came as a savior to them. She said, "It was extremely fun shooting in Amritsar. I had a great time. I love the culture and food there, and people are so kind and friendly. I love the food. You don't have bites; you indulge in experience. From the butter kulchas to chicken tikka, you can have it anywhere, but it won't taste the same as we had it in Amritsar.""You can smell desi ghee, lassi, and tandoori even from a distance.
And the hospitality of the locals there enhances the whole experience. The flavors are unforgettable. I might not have bought anything special from there, but I have carried so many experiences and so much warmth that made this whole shoot precious," she added. While she had an experience of a lifetime, the weather at times played the spoilsport. She said, "We were shooting during winters, and there were days when it was extremely chilly.
There would be fog early in the morning, which would at times delay shoots. We would wake up at 6 am, and there would be fog and smog everywhere, and it interfered with the shooting schedule."Talking about a scene where she and Sachin (played by Kanwar Dhillon) were sitting on the balcony, she mentioned that it was a late-night shoot and both actors had to gather up courage to shoot in the chilly weather. She added, "But we still gave our best for the love of our audience.""Sometimes the weather would be good, but all in all the whole experience was amazing. "Both Kanwar and I have gained a little weight thanks to the amazing food, positive energy, and warmth of Amritsar," Neha ended.
