The US Olympic gymnast brought her star power and ace dancing game back to campus this weekend, performing one of her Dancing With the Stars routines during halftime at UCLA’s men’s basketball game against Pepperdine on Friday night.While the Bruins disappointed fans by falling short of their 29.5-point favorite status for the second straight game, the crowd had plenty to cheer about thanks to Chiles’ performance.

With Pauley Pavilion packed for UCLA Family Weekend and free student tickets boosting attendance, Chiles and Sosa lit up the arena. Her high-energy routine turned the basketball court into a stage, leaving the spectators and the teammates stunned by her flawless execution and charisma.

Alongside Ezra Sosa, she recreated her Week 8 Dancing With the Stars jazz performance to Ike & Tina Turner’s “River Deep - Mountain High.”Packed with breathtaking flips and fiery energy, the performance wowed the judges and earned her the title “Queen of the Ballroom.” Their near-perfect 38/40 score that week had placed them second on the leaderboard, with a total of 78/80 overall score.Fans in the stands couldn’t stop praising the duo. Meanwhile, as the videos of their performance went viral online, one fan wrote, “First to say (fire emojis) and of course that was the music! Just wow.
