Farah Khan, is a well known choreographer and director behind hits like ‘Main Hoon Na’, ‘Om Shanti Om’ and ‘Tees Maar Khan’, in her recent YouTube vlog she visited Anshula Kapoor’s house in Mumbai.
She then took her fans on a fun trip down memory lane as she shared the exact moment she realised Arjun Kapoor had what it takes to become an actor.
Arjun Kapoor’s dance in Maldives showed his potential
Farah recalled, “The day I realised that Arjun can become an actor, can become a star… we had gone to the Maldives to shoot for Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya. Tab yeh itna motu tha, pata nahi aise hi aa gaya tha free mein, with Varun and all… Of course, there used to be a party every night after the shoot, everyone would get together… and suddenly he started dancing. We were all like, what the hell, Fubu!”
Arjun admits he never thought to become an actor
Reacting to Farah’s memory, Arjun Kapoor opened up about his early thoughts on acting.
“I actually didn’t think back then that I wanted to become an actor. I was a huge Michael Jackson fan growing up,” he said.
Arjun Kapoor’s recent projects
Arjun Kapoor made his Bollywood debut in 2012 with ‘Ishaqzaade’, which became a hit and earned him praise for his intense performance. Since then, he has starred in popular films like ‘2 States’, ‘Ki & Ka’, ‘Gunday’ and ‘Half Girlfriend’. He was last seen in ‘Mere Husband Ki Biwi’ alongside Rakul Preet Singh and Bhumi Pednekar.
Over the years, he has tried different genres in Bollywood and continues to explore new roles.
Anshula Kapoor’s work
Away from films, Arjun’s sister Anshula Kapoor has made her own mark in social media and digital space. She recently appeared on Karan Johar’s reality series ‘Traitors’. The show brought her into the public spotlight in a whole new way, showing that talent runs in different forms in the Kapoor family.
