After playing for 18 seasons in the NBA, Derek Fisher retired as a professional basketball player in 2014. But that didn't mean he was ready to leave the game behind, as he joined as a coach that very year for the New York Knicks.

He stayed with them for 2 years before moving to Los Angeles Sparks in 2016, and worked for the G League team till 2022. But it looks like he might be ready to move to a new destination, as the former player has sold his LA home for under $3 million.

The lucky buyer has a steal in his hands with the Mediterranean-style home. Along with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, the mansion boasts high ceilings, a gourmet kitchen, an office cum library, two lofts, a three-car garage, a putting green, a full basketball court, and a fully covered dining room with a BBQ pit.

For under $3 million, this is like a giveaway deal, and whoever bought the property ought to be thrilled.
