From Kolkata to Mumbai: Fans throng outside Mannat as 'King Khan' turns 60

MUMBAI: The clock struck midnight in Mumbai, and like every year, the streets outside Shah Rukh Khan's home, Mannat, turned into a sea of love.The superstar celebrated his 60th birthday on Sunday, with fans from across the country gathering to wish their favourite actor well and, as always, hoping to catch a glimpse of the “King of Bollywood.

Crowds lined the streets, holding posters and banners reading "We love you SRK" and "Happy Birthday King Khan".Fans were seen chanting his name outside his residence, with many travelling long distances just to catch a glimpse of their idol on the balcony. Among them was Prince Singh, a devoted SRK fan from Kolkata, who, along with his group the “SRK Warriors,” spent over 33 hours on a train to see the superstar.Sharing his excitement, Prince told ANI, "I have come from Kolkata with my team, 'SRK Warriors'.

We undertook a 33-hour-long train journey just to catch a glimpse of SRK. We hope he will come out today. We're sure we'll be able to see him either today or tomorrow.
