Noida and Greater Noida, home to countless high-rise societies sold at crore-plus prices, are often pitched as offering “world-class" living. But at Paras Tierra Society, repeated safety lapses have made it one of the most notorious addresses in the region.

The dangers in Paras Tierra Society are not mere allegations but are backed by repeated incidents. The latest concerns arose from a daycare within the society, where a 15-month-old girl was brutally assaulted. Shocking video footage shows the caretaker slapping and even biting the child, leaving her screaming in pain. The disturbing visuals have sparked outrage and once again highlighted the persistent safety issues plaguing Paras Tierra Society.

Earlier on May 12, 2024, a lift in Paras Tierra Society in Noida Sector-137 malfunctioned, breaking through the roof and plummeting from the fourth floor, resulting in injuries to three individuals. In August 2023, 70-year-old Sushila Devi lost her life in another lift accident due to a cable failure.

Violence is also a concern in this community. On March 1, 2024, a car entered Paras Tierra Society without a sticker, prompting guards to beat a young man and a woman. The young man sustained head injuries, and the woman was also assaulted. Four security guards were arrested by the police following the incident, which was widely circulated on social media.
